Automations
Set up rules that run automatically for your learners - such as tagging someone, sending an email, or granting a plan - whenever a chosen event happens, plus the tags and custom forms those rules can use
Automations
A rule-based automation builder. Each rule follows a 'When / Then / If' pattern: WHEN something happens, THEN do one or more actions, but only IF certain conditions are also true. Use it to save yourself manual, repetitive work, like tagging learners or sending follow-up emails.

Tags
Simple labels you can put on learners. Tags are mainly useful as a building block for automations - a rule can trigger when a tag is added or removed, or check whether a learner has a particular tag

New Form button.
Forms table - Name (and description), number of Fields, number of Submissions, Status (Active/Inactive), Delete.
Click a form's name to edit it.
Form editor - Form name, Description, Active toggle (whether it's currently accepting submissions).
Fields - each field has a Label, a Type (Text,Email, Phone, Textarea, Select, Checkbox), a Required toggle, options (comma-separated,for Select/Checkbox fields), and can be
reordered up/down or removed; 'Add field' adds another.
Conditional logic - each field can have a 'Show this field only if' rule that checks another field on the same form (equals / does not equal a value); the field stays hidden from visitors until the condition is met, and being Required never blocks submission while a field is hidden this way.

How do I do it?
A simple path from login to insight.
