Email Campaigns
Send one-off email broadcasts or automated multi-email sequences to your learners, and manage reusable email templates.
Campaigns
The list of all your email campaigns - both one-time broadcasts and multi-step sequences - along with the tools to create, organize, and edit them. Opening a campaign takes you into its editor, where you write the email content, choose the audience, and (for broadcasts) schedule when it sends.

WHAT YOU CAN DO HERE?
Explore the business at a glance.
New Email Campaign button - choose Email Broadcast (a single email sent now or later) or Email Sequence (a series of emails sent automatically as learners join the audience),then give it a title
Manage Templates link - jumps to the
Templates page.
Folder filter - view all emails or just one folder;a folder-plus button lets you create a new folder.
Type filter - Broadcast, Sequence.
Status filter - Draft, Scheduled, Active,
Paused, Sent, Completed, Archived.
Search box.
Table columns - Name (with subject and folder shown underneath), Type, Audience, Sent count, Opened count (with %), Clicked count (with %), Failed count, Date (scheduled or sent time), Status.
Row menu - View, Duplicate, Move to folder,Delete (also removes recipient history)
Editor - Content tab: start from a template,Subject line, an A/B test toggle to try two subject lines (recipients split roughly 50/50),Body (basic HTML supported), an optional
image/attachment (upload or paste a URL), an optional button link.
Editor - Steps tab (Sequences only): add a series of timed emails; each step has a delay in hours (from enrollment, or after the previous step), a subject, a body, an optional template, and an optional image; steps show how many recipients have been sent to vs. are still pending; steps can be edited or removed.
Editor - Audience tab: All learners, By
department, By community group, By course enrollment, Specific learners (searched and checked individually), or By condition (enrolled in a course, completed a course, failed an assessment, inactive for N days);shows a preview of how many learners will receive it, including how many are excluded for not being opted in to marketing emails.
Editor - Schedule tab (Broadcasts only): send immediately on publish, or schedule for a specific date and time.
Publish / Turn on sequence button - locks in and sends (or activates) the campaign.

How do I do it?
A simple path from login to insight.

Click 'New Email Campaign' and choose Broadcast or Sequence, then give it a name

In the editor, write the subject and email body (or start from a template), and add an image or button link if you want

For a Sequence, add each timed email step instead, setting how many hours after enrollment (or the previous step) it should send.

Go to the Audience tab and choose who should receive it.

For a Broadcast, set the Schedule (send now or later).

Click 'Publish' (or 'Turn on sequence') to send or activate it.
Templates
Reusable email designs - a subject, body, and header image - that you can start a broadcast or sequence step from instead of writing an email from scratch each time.

Template cards - header image, name, subject line, and who created it.
Edit - change the header image, name,
subject, or body
Delete - removes the template; campaigns already using it keep their own copy of the content, so they're unaffected.

How do I do it?
A simple path from login to insight.

Click 'New template'.

Optionally upload a header image.

Fill in the template name, subject, and body.

Click 'Save'.

The template will now appear as a starting option when creating a broadcast, a sequence step, or another template.
