Points
Set the name and icon learners see for points, decide how many points each activity earns, and create one-off custom point topics.

WHAT YOU CAN DO HERE?
Explore the business at a glance.
Point Icon - upload an image or choose one from the built-in icon collection.
Point Name - a short label for the points currency (up to 6 characters, e.g. "XP").
Assign Points - a points value for each built-in activity: Daily activity on the platform, Like a post, Comment or reply on a post, Message in a community chat room, Create a post on the community feed, 10% / 50% / 100% course completion, Sign up through affiliate.
Custom Point Topics - add your own one-off point topics (a name and a points value);creating one immediately awards those points to every current student and cannot be undone by editing or deleting the topic afterwards. Existing topics can be edited or deleted.
How do I do it?

Set the Point Icon and Point Name learners will see.

Enter a points value for each activity under "Assign Points".

Click Save to apply the icon, name, and activity point values.

To add a one-off bonus, click "Add Topic" under Custom Point Topics, name it and set its points -confirming immediately awards it to every current studen
Badges
Create badges that recognize learner milestones, and optionally have them award themselves automatically based on a rule.
WHAT YOU CAN DO HERE?
Explore the business at a glance.
Create Badge - opens the badge form.
Badge Icon - upload an image or choose one from the built-in icon collection (recommended 128x128px).
Badge Name - up to 60 characters.
Enable automation - turns on automatic awarding based on a requirement (off by default, meaning the badge must be awarded manually).
Requirement - Reaches a minimum number of points, or Subscribes to any of these services(select one or more pricing plans).
Minimum points - the points threshold, when using the points requirement.
Edit / Delete - per-badge menu; deleting a badge removes it from any learner who already earned it.
How do I do it?
A simple path from login to insight.

Click "Create Badge" and upload or choose an icon, then name the badge.

Turn on "Enable automation" if you want it awarded automatically.

Choose the requirement: a minimum points total, or subscribing to any of a chosen set of pricing plans.

Click Save changes.

Use the "..." menu on a badge card to edit or delete it later.
Leaderboard
See how learners rank by points earned, filter and search the ranking, and export it as a CSV.
WHAT YOU CAN DO HERE?
Explore the business at a glance.
Time window - All Time, Month (last 30 days),or Week (last 7 days).
Refresh leaderboard ranks - manually
recompute rankings (ranks otherwise refresh automatically roughly every 24 hours).
Top 5 Performers panel - a quick summary of the current top five, with the highest badge among them if any.
Search - search by name, phone, or email.
Filter by badge - show only learners holding a specific badge.
Download CSV - export the current (or
selected rows of the) leaderboard: rank, name, phone, email, badge, points, services.
Row selection - select specific rows via checkboxes to export only those.
Table columns - Rank, User, Contact
(phone/email, click-to-call/email, copy), Badge,Points, Services (pricing plans subscribed to).

Choose a time window (All Time, Month, or Week) to see rankings for that period.

Use search or the badge filter to narrow down to specific learners.

Click "Refresh leaderboard ranks" if you need the latest standings right away.

Select rows (or leave none selected for everyone visible) and click the download icon to export a CSV.

Find the pricing plan you want to adjust using search or the status filter.

Use the Feed Posts toggle to allow or block that plan's members from posting to the community feed.

Use the Gamification toggle to allow or block that plan's members from earning points and badges.
